TO CHECK AN EMPLOYEE'S ELIGIBILITY GO TO THE EMPLOYEE INFO TAB:

THE "NEXT PURCHASE DATE" WINDOW SHOWS THE DATE THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE ELIGIBLE .

THE "ALLOWANCE BAL"  WINDOW DISPLAYS HOW MUCH SUBSIDY THE EMPLOYEE IS CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE FOR.

IN THIS EXAMPLE, THE EMPLOYEE HAS NO SUBSIDY AVAILABLE AND WILL BE ELIGIBLE ON 9/6/2025.

 

IF THE EMPLOYEE SHOWS THAT HE/SHE HAS $75 OF SUBSIDY AVAILABLE, THEN THAT EMPLOYEE CAN CHOOSE TO USE THE $75 AND WILL BE ELIGIBLE ONE YEAR FROM THE PURCHASE DATE OR THE EMPLOYEE CAN USE UP TO $150 OF SUBSIDY, BUT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE UNTIL TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

IF IT IS NOT THE NEXT PURCHASE DATE YET, BUT THERE IS A $75 ALLOWANCE AMOUNT, THEN THEY ARE ELIGIBLE.
